THIS RECIPE IS DELICIOUS.
This dish is usually served as a side dish in the summertime. It is a wonderful dish to have with barbeque. Also, this is an excellent topping for a hamburger, hot dog or many other types of sandwiches.
HERE'S THE RECIPE - ENJOY!
Grind all vegetables in a food processor. Add salt and let stand overnight.
The next morning, drain all liquid off. Rinse thoroughly with water. This will prevent the recipe from being too salty.
Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Put in jars and store in a dark place for 3 weeks before using.
This makes 7 (1/2 pint) jars.
